Jean is the principal of JLC & Associates and leads the NYC commercial and residential real estate practice areas at the firm. She is an expert negotiator and advises clients on strategic approaches towards real estate investment and business growth.
She is a frequent speaker at real estate brokerages and organizations around the city and has dedicated years of service to pro bono representation with New Women New Yorkers, GLAAD and The City Bar Justice Center.
Prior to founding JLC & Associates in 2010, Jean worked for a real estate development firm in the West Village known for its award-winning design portfolio and eco-conscious projects and a Manhattan commercial real estate holdings firm. She clerked for the Honorable Shirley W. Kornreich in NYS Supreme Court, where her first judicial opinion was published.
